Introducing the new 50mm LTR 450 Throttle Body Kit. We use the more efficient Honda CRF450 Throttle Body (45 mm taper bore), bore it to a TRUE 50mm and adapt it to fit your LTR450. This has been the most cost effective way to oversize the LTR Throttle Body beyond the bore limit of 45mm. This 50mm configuration makes +3.5 more hp than a 45mm bored LTR Throttle Body. The kit includes new CRF Throttle Body bored to 50mm, Exterior machine work for proper clearance and fit, modified TPS, intake manifold adapter, and adapter for LTR Fuel Injector. The kit will physically fit the OEM “S” bend intake tube, however, it is not recommended because this tube flows less CFM than a stock Throttle Body.
